He is recognized by condominium builders in the GTA as a recommended real estate lawyer. Since 2011, John has served as an Independent Director at Hana Bank Canada and has acted as Chair of the Conduct Review Committee.

Rose is a qualified Canadian lawyer who has been practicing in Toronto since 2005. She is experienced in real estate and corporate law, as well as immigration matters, development law, and private lending. Rose is the current president of the Iranian Canadian Legal Professionals, is a passionate community activist, and serves on the advisory board to the Professional Iranian Canadian Real Estate Association (PICRA). Rina’s current practice focuses on residential real estate, specializing in purchases, sales, institutional mortgage refinancing, and private mortgages. She has extensive experience in private lending, representing both lenders and borrowers. She also represents private lenders in mortgage enforcement proceedings. Before finding real estate law, she practiced in the field of immigration law, during which time she assisted international clients in navigating the complexities of the Canadian immigration system.

Peter Choe is a seasoned litigator at Realty Care Law, bringing a wealth of experience from his 28-year tenure at a prestigious Bay Street firm, where he headed the Toronto Intellectual Property (IP) group and was co-chair of the national IP litigation practice. Specializing in IP, he has handled litigation related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and industrial designs, also gaining expertise in general litigation, especially product liability. For startups and emerging corporations, Peter can provide guidance in branding strategies and protection. Peter is also deeply involved in community service, having led and participated in several legal and non-legal organizations.
